How do I notify you that I want to return my order?

To notify us of your return, please contact us, on one of the following:

Phone or email.

Call us on 01932 339160 or by writing to us at info@dermapure.eu. Please provide your name, home address, details of the order and, where available, your phone number and email address.

 

Online.

Complete the form on our website at https://effusionskin.com/consumer-cancellation-form/

 

By post.

Write to us at Unit 20, Trade City, Avro Way, Brooklands, Weybridge, Surrey KT13 0YF including details of what you bought, when you ordered or received it and your name and address.

 

How can I return my order?

To return your product(s), you can either post your order back to us at Unit 20, Trade City, Avro Way, Brooklands, Weybridge, Surrey KT13 0YF or allow us to collect them from you. Please call us on 01932 339160 or email us at info@dermapure.eu to arrange collection. If you are exercising your right to change your mind you must send off the goods within 14 days of telling us, you wish to end the contract and return your products.

How much is it to return my order?

If you find no fault with the products on delivery, you are responsible for the return of the order back to us. Products must be returned in original form and packaging. We advise that you hold onto all proof of postage documentation for your reference.

Will you cover the return costs?

In the event that the goods received is one of the following;

• faulty,
• not as described,
• an error in pricing or description
• a delay in delivery due to events outside of our control

We will cover the cost of the return.

When will I receive my refund?

You will receive your refund within 14 days from the day we receive the return.
